Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all goods, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unused, with all original packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at enquiries@parker-adams.co.uk. Note that all returns must be sent to the following address: Parker Adams Boat Sales, Hamble Point Marina, Hamble, SO31 4NB.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the product. Items sent back without prior return authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damage, or incorrect items, contact us immediately so that we can assess the situation and provide a resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including custom-built or personalized marine equipment and hazardous materials such as flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item and then make a new purchase for the replacement product once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
